Deposits
- Minimum deposit: $20 or the equivalent in another currency. Maximums depend on the method.

- Arrival: after approval, Skrill, card (where available) and crypto payouts often arrive in around 20 minutes, but can take longer if the provider or network is busy.
- Bank transfers: the help centre quotes 2–3 business days (occasionally up to 5), while the terms say 3–5 banking days. Allow up to five.
- Same method: in most cases you must withdraw to the method used for your qualifying deposit. Crypto deposits are withdrawn as crypto. Card deposits may be paid back to the card or by bank transfer.
- Cancelling: a withdrawal still marked Pending in Transaction History can be cancelled, and the funds return to your balance instantly. Approved withdrawals can’t be reversed.
Mastercard payouts
The Vegastars terms list the countries where Mastercard payouts are supported, and Australia is not on that list. If you deposit by Mastercard, expect your withdrawal to be sent by another method, such as bank transfer.
